This muffin sized breakfast treat was delicious. Easy cook to order fun for the whole family! Try it next time you have company or just want to get the kids involved in making a great meal.
Here is what you need:
*Spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray
*Fill your muffin tins with anything you want. Ham, spinach, chicken, carrots, steak, bell peppers…what ever you have in the fridge. No need to cook veggies. Just place in tin raw and they will cook perfectly when baking.
*Mix aprox. 1 egg per muffin in the blender with a slash of milk.
*Pour directly in the muffin cup just below the rim.
*Top with shredded or slices of cheese.
*Bake at 425 degrees for aprox. 20 min
*Let cool before removing from pan
Eat or store for up to 4 days for a quick breakfast on the go!
