Food Friday – Peach Sorbet

This recipe is both healthy and delicious! It’s also a great treat for those who have dietary restrictions such as gluten or lactose intolerance.

Here is what you need:

4 peaches

1 cup 100% fruit juice (any kind) – We used the juicer to make an orange, pineapple, apple concoction

Yes thats it!

Here’s what you do:

Pit 4 peaches - Leave skins on

Add peaches and 80z fruit juice to blender – blend until smooth

Put in plastic container and put in the freezer over night

When you are ready to serve, remove from the freezer and put into your food processor until smooth. If you need to add a splash of juice to soften, do so!

Serve alone or with berries etc…
